We are seeking a Finance & Accounts Manager who will play a pivotal role in managing the organization's accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and controllership functions. This role will work closely with the CFO and lead a small finance team, ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and timely reporting.

********** What We're Looking For **********
- 8+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts, with at least 2 years of team management experience.
- CA, CA-Inter, or a finance skilled with strong accounting and compliance expertise.
- Prior experience in FinTech, InsurTech, Startup,



or Technology-driven organizations is preferred.
- Solid understanding of Accounting, Financial Reporting, Taxation, Compliance, and Financial Controls.
- Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Skilled Tax, Audits, and Statutory Filings.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime ERP and Advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

********** Key Responsibilities **********

Finance & Accounting
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of books of accounts across all entities.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, vendor payments, and employee reimbursements.
- Conduct periodic reviews of General Ledgers (GLs), vouchers, and accounting processes.
- Execute monthly and annual book
