Key Responsibilities
- Experience in EPC and Project Management in the Metro Rail construction related industries.
- Experience in Forensic Schedule Delay Analysis, Disputes, Arbitration Claims, Project
- Management, Cost Planning Control for Management of Infrastructure projects.
- Experience in handling different kind of infrastructure projects such as Dedicated Freight Corridor, High Speed Rail and Metro Projects.
- Ability to work efficiently in demanding work environments, meeting deadlines, and achieving targets.
- Analyze project schedules to identify critical activities and sources of delay using various methodologies.
- Investigate root causes of delays and document findings,
preparing explicit reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Provide expertise in claims preparation and support during dispute resolution processes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, staying updated on industry best practices and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
