Key Responsibilities
- Delivering one-to-one evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions online and offline
- Potentially working with corporates both online and offline
- Administering psychometric assessments (intelligence, personality, and other psychological tests), scoring, interpreting, and reporting the same
- Conceptualizing and delivering specialized workshops and webinars
- Developing and engaging with specialized clinical protocols
- Content research and development for proprietary products
- Supervising and monitoring online forums (e.g., communities)
- Leadership, training, and supervision of new members of the team
Skills Qualifications
- MPhil (with 8-10 yrs of work experience) in Clinical Psychology, Rehab Psychiatry Social Work
