We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst with 2–5 years of experience in financial reporting, financial analysis, and dashboard creation. The ideal candidate should have a solid finance background and be proficient in Microsoft Excel or Microsoft PowerPoint to support business decision-making through insightful reports and presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and business performance insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Microsoft Excel.
- Create management reports and presentations for stakeholders using Excel or PowerPoint.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Analyze financial data to support strategic business decisions.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret financial information.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
Required Skills
- Strong financial background with a solid understanding of accounting and finance principles.
- Experience in Finance Reporting and Financial Analysis.
- Expertise in Dashboard Development using Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Advanced Formulas, Charts, Dashboards).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
