About the Role

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and highly communicative Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a fresher who is interested in IT sales, client acquisition, business development, and international client handling.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, connecting with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and supporting the team in converting leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients through Upwork, freelancing platforms, LinkedIn, and other online channels.
- Search for relevant IT projects and business opportunities on Upwork and similar marketplaces.
- Prepare and submit skilled, customized, and compelling proposals based on client requirements.
- Communicate with clients through emails, chats, calls, and online meetings.




- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare suitable solutions.
- Generate qualified leads through online research, networking, and other business development activities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing leads.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documents.
- Build and maintain solid professional relationships with prospective clients.
- Participate in client discussions and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Negotiate and coordinate on project scope, timelines, and commercial discussions under guidance from senior team members.
- Maintain records of leads, proposals, follow-ups, and business opportunities.
- Stay updated with IT industry trends, technologies, and competitive offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications
