Role Overview:
This is a front-office role within our client’s Global Corporate & Investment Banking platform (AIBD), responsible for originating, and executing leveraged and structured financing solutions for financial sponsors and sponsor-backed corporates. The role combines Financial Sponsor Coverage (FSC) and Leveraged Acquisition Finance (LAF), with a focus on India-linked transactions.
The candidate will leverage our client’s global network, cross-border structuring capabilities, and product suite (leveraged finance, debt capital markets, syndication, global markets, and project finance) to deliver integrated financing solutions.
