Role & responsibilities
- Teach Physics for 1st and 2nd PUC Science students.
- Conduct both Physics theory and practical sessions.
- Complete the prescribed PUC syllabus within the academic schedule.
- Prepare lesson plans, notes, assignments, question papers and study materials.
- Conduct regular tests, assessments and revision sessions.
- Provide KCET, NEET and JEE-oriented Physics coaching.
- Develop students' conceptual understanding, numerical-solving ability and problem-solving skills.
- Identify students' academic strengths and learning gaps and provide appropriate guidance.
- Mentor students and support their academic and competitive examination preparation.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Participate in academic activities, workshops,
examinations and departmental initiatives.
- Stay updated with changes in the PUC curriculum and competitive examination patterns.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong knowledge of PUC Physics syllabus and practicals.
- Experience in KCET / NEET / JEE Physics coaching will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong classroom management and student mentoring abilities.
- Passion for teaching and inspiring young learners.
- Teaching experience at PUC / Pre-University / Junior College / Competitive Exam Coaching level will be preferred.
