Role Description
The Recruiter – Engineering Hiring is a full time, on-site role based in Thane. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for engineering and technical roles,



including requirement gathering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. The recruiter coordinates interview schedules, facilitates assessment and evaluation processes, and supports hiring managers in selection decisions. The role includes managing offers, negotiating compensation within defined guidelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding. The recruiter also maintains accurate recruitment records, tracks hiring metrics, and collaborates with HR and business teams to continuously improve talent acquisition practices.
