Position : Service Manager

Salary : ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experience: Experienced candidates preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manage and supervise the complete **service & maintenance team**.

* Lead and coordinate **mechanics and technicians**.

* Plan and monitor daily workshop activities.

* Ensure proper **vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs**.

* Manage workshop machines, tools and equipment.

* Monitor technician performance and productivity.

* Ensure quality service and timely vehicle delivery.

* Handle customer service issues and complaints.

* Maintain workshop safety and housekeeping standards.

* Monitor spare parts, tools and service requirements.





* Ensure smooth and efficient workshop operations.

QUALIFICATION

* Diploma / Degree in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering

* Solid knowledge of automobile service and maintenance.

* Good team management and communication skills.

* Previous experience as a **Service Manager / Workshop Manager / Senior Service Advisor** is preferred.
