Business Line / Function Description
The IT Payment Services line is the global hub for payments and cash‑management solutions across the BNP Paribas Group. It delivers high‑throughput, highly secure applications that process billions of transactions each year. The team works in an Agile, DevOps‑centric workplace and collaborates closely with product owners, compliance, and operations to keep the platform reliable, compliant, and innovative.
Position purpose
Deliver end‑to‑end functional support and incident resolution for business‑critical applications, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. Simulate, test, and validate business processes and system changes. To provide expert guidance that drives reliable, efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities
Direct responsibilities
- Provide business support and guidance to stakeholders, leveraging product knowledge and application support expertise
- Manage and resolve functional incidents,
ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and providing timely resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve functional issues.
- Apply ITIL principles and incident management best practices to ensure efficient and effective issue resolution
- Test and simulate business processes and applications to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance
- Provide support and guidance to business users, addressing queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
