We are looking for a candidate with experience in production management and mechanical designing, particularly in sheet-metal design using SolidWorks. The candidate will be responsible for managing production activities, coordinating with the design and manufacturing teams, and ensuring products are manufactured as per required specifications.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily production activities.
- Plan production schedules and ensure timely completion of targets.
- Coordinate with the production, design, assembly, and maintenance teams.
- Design and modify sheet-metal components and machine parts using SolidWorks.
- Prepare and review 2D drawings and 3D models for manufacturing.
- Develop designs based on production and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure designs are manufactured correctly.
- Monitor production quality, material usage, and wastage.
- Identify production issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for solutions.
- Ensure proper use of machines, tools, raw materials, and manpower.
- Support product development and improvement of existing designs.
- Maintain design and production-related documents and records.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of SolidWorks.
- Experience in sheet-metal designing and fabrication.
- Understanding of 2D drawings and 3D modeling.
- Knowledge of basic manufacturing and production processes.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience in production, manufacturing, or mechanical design.
- Experience working with SolidWorks and sheet-metal design will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in both designing and production management will be preferred.
