Purpose/Objective

Responsible for supporting overall IT operations, project management, stakeholder management, service integration, IT infrastructure management, IT service management, IT applications management, developing IT strategic plans, IT project management, digital projects implementation, network management, IT procurement, IT budgeting, etc

Key Responsibilities of Role
- Assist in establishing annual IT departmental goals and objectives.
- Support overall management of IT operations including hardware, software, applications, digital, and networking.
- Assist in IT governance – contract management, vendor management, IT procurement, vendor performance evaluation, SLA management, AMC/warranty management, etc.
- Help in preparing IT Opex/Capex budget, IT cost control, and cost optimization on operational expenses/budget.
- Support IT requirement analysis, planning, prioritizing, and execution for setting up current project sites.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of IT systems to support business requirements.
- Assist in the identification, design, development,



and implementation of new IT applications/IT infrastructure and changes to existing computer systems and software packages.
- Provide technological support in the implementation of automation, security, surveillance, and access control systems and create interfaces of these applications with other business applications.
- IT service management with Service Now tool as per ITIL framework.
Track all incidents and service requests in the Service Now tool.
Fetch all reports and prepare MIS from the Service Now database.
IT asset management through CMDB database.
- Manage and maintain data centers, all servers, networks, video conference systems, video surveillance, and access control systems.
- Manage facility (IT helpdesk) management services.
Manage user ticket escalation and take up with partner/vendor and respective teams to close in a timely manner.
- Ensure IT network security through robust firewal
