Role Description
The Lead Generation Executive is a full time, on-site role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. In this position, the individual identifies and qualifies new leads through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and targeted outreach across multiple channels. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research to understand target accounts and buyer personas, engaging prospects via phone, email, and social platforms,



and nurturing early-stage opportunities for the sales team. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies, and meeting or exceeding pipeline and activity targets. The Lead Generation Executive will represent SalesboxAI’s value proposition clearly and professionally to prospective customers.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in identifying and qualifying new leads, with experience in lead generation activities.
- Ability to conduct structured market research to understand industries, target accounts, and buyer needs.
- Effective communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication and professional client interaction.
- Foundational sales skills, such as prospecting, objection handling, and building initial relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems;
