Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of AutoCAD (2D/3D), and sometimes complementary tools like SolidWorks or Revit.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of drafting principles, engineering standards, and architectural layouts.
Preparation of Equipment Schedules and Bill of Quantities.
Assist Project Manager in preparing Specifications, Technical Data Sheets, evaluating Vendor Documents for Chillers, AHUs and Cooling Towers.
Conversant with International Codes and Standards such as ASHRAE, ISHRAE, CIBSE, SMACNA, DW144, and NFPA
