Job Summary

GOEEN Electric Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Purchase & Procurement Executive with knowledge of CHA, import/export documentation, customs clearance, and vendor management. The candidate will manage domestic and international procurement activities and coordinate with vendors, freight forwarders, CHA agents, and customs authorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end purchase and procurement activities for materials, components, spare parts, and other requirements.
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, delivery, and reliability.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain procurement records.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
- Handle import and export documentation including invoices, packing lists,



shipping documents, and other relevant documents.
- Coordinate with CHA (Customs House Agent) for customs clearance of imported and exported goods.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, shipping lines, and logistics partners.
- Monitor Bill of Entry, Shipping Bill, customs duty, examination, clearance, and delivery processes.
- Track shipments and ensure timely clearance and delivery of imported materials.
- Verify purchase invoices, freight charges, customs-related expenses, and other procurement costs.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with Finance, Stores, Production, and Operations departments for material requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate procurement as per business requirements.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
- Ensure procurement is completed within approved budge
