Job Summary:
We are looking for a Non IT Recruiter to help us find and hire talented professionals. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring sales candidates for various
roles within our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates for Non IT positions through job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and qualifications.
• Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Keep track of recruitment progress and report on hiring metrics.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience/ Internships in recruitment
• Solid communication and interviewing skills.
• Ability to assess skillset and cultural fit.
• Organized and able to manage multiple openings at once.
