Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with 9+ years of overall experience and strong hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum and SAFe Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate should have at least 3+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master and preferably have experience in the Web/eCommerce domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Certified Scrum Master with 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master.
- Facilitate and lead Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Drive multiple sprints and Agile initiatives within an enterprise environment.
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile/Scrum principles, practices, and continuous improvement.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAFe Agile is mandatory.
- Identify and remove impediments/blockers affecting team productivity.
- Collaborate effectively with Product Owners, stakeholders, development teams, and other cross-functional teams.
- Support teams in achieving sprint and program objectives.
- Exposure to diverse technologies, applications, and processing environments.
- Promote transparency, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams.
- Experience in the Web/eCommerce space is preferred.
