Sr. Executive – Supply Chain

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 07:30 PM
Education Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Supply Chain or Retail; proficiency in MS Excel

Job Summary & Purpose

Manage stock ordering, replenishment and distribution to ensure product availability across stores in line with sell-through performance and approved buying budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Planning & Availability
- Monitor stock availability and plan replenishment for store and warehouse assortments.
- Maintain days on hand (DOH) within approved guidelines and support inventory health targets.
- Plan promotional stock and ensure timely availability across relevant locations.
- Implement approved assortments and provide structured feedback to Category Managers.

Order & Vendor Coordination
- Create purchase orders and warehouse-to-store transfer orders, and follow up through completion.




- Coordinate with vendors and Category teams to improve order fill rates.
- Manage vendor reconciliation, delivery follow-up, return pickups and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with warehouses and stores regarding deliveries, returns and ad hoc requirements.

Professional Certifications
- Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or equivalent.

Skills & Abilities
- Inventory management and replenishment planning.
- Buying-budget control and sell-through-based ordering.
- Demand forecasting and promotion stock planning.
- Advanced working proficiency in MS Excel.
- Solid vendor, warehouse and store coordination skills.
