To be accountable for all day-to-day site-related issues contributing towards vacating the site as well as the start-to-end negotiations with slum dwellers for explaining the scheme and getting their consents for development
- Identify facilitators/ potential committee members/ respected people with pockets of influence in the slum population at project site who are supporters of development
- To develop harmonious relationship with committee members, tenants and all stakeholders
- Maintain effective working relationship with the police authorities at site
- Be responsible for the functions of the site staff (i.e. Site Asst, Site back office staff, Site In charge)
- Comprehend the organisations best interests in accordance with the communicated Project Plan and act accordingly to get the desired results
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and process/ produce the same as and when required (i.e., rent issuance docs, compensation docs, donations, remunerations etc.)




- Be instrumental in resolving queries and objections from tenants and Committee Members in consultation with the Project Management

Key Responsibilities
- Mitigate the fears of the tenants about the preservation of key landmarks on site as per the approved layout •Gather information about market competition in the area and report the same to superior •Knowledge of upcoming means of transportation routes in the vicinity of the project (e.g. roads, Metro rails, Monorails, New railway stations etc.) •Read and understand the terms and conditions listed in the different legal documents to be executed at site with the aim of resolving the queries of tenants related to the same and convince them to approve of the same •Anticipate the problems brewing at site before they become detrimental to the projects progress and suggest steps to circumvent the same •Handle the groundwork for the conduct of 33-38 operation at site when required •Discover fraudulent and malicious anti-development
