About this Role
We are seeking a Collection Specialist with with Excellent communication to join our AR Collections team in Pune. This hybrid role is ideal for professionals with 1.5 to 7 years of experience in customer support, collections, Accounts Receivable, or Order to Cash operations. The role focuses on supporting international customers, resolving payment-related queries, managing outstanding balances, and delivering an excellent customer experience while ensuring effective collections and adherence to financial controls.
Location: Pune
Working Model: Hybrid
Shift Timing: UK Shift (12:30 PM - 9:30 PM IST)
What you will do
- Provide customer support through outbound and inbound interactions relating to outstanding balances, invoices, payments, and account enquiries.
