Role Overview
The ASM is responsible for the day-to-day operational performance of multiple dark stores within an assigned cluster, ensuring smooth inventory flow, fulfillment accuracy, freshness compliance, and customer satisfaction across all outlets under their charge.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across assigned dark stores (staffing, opening/closing, hygiene, SOP compliance)
- Monitor stock levels, chiller inventory, and coordinate replenishment/redistribution across stores with HO and warehouse teams
- Track daily order projections vs. actuals; flag demand spikes or stockouts
- Ensure cold-chain integrity and food-safety compliance (especially for perishable/chicken meat SKUs)
- Manage store-level PL: wastage control, shrinkage, labor cost, and OOS minimization
- Lead, train, and performance-manage Store Managers/store staff across the cluster
- Coordinate new store setup, licensing, and launch readiness within the region




- Drive customer experience metrics (delivery TAT, order accuracy, complaint resolution)
- Report daily/weekly operational and stock-visibility metrics to Head Office

Requirements
- 3-6 years in retail/quick-commerce/FMCG operations, ideally multi-store or cluster management
- Experience with perishable/cold-chain inventory is a strong plus
- Strong data orientation - comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, daily MIS
- Ability to travel across cluster stores regularly
- Solid people-management and vendor-coordination skills
