What we expect
- Solid understanding of OOP, DSA, SDLC, APIs and software architecture fundamentals
- Ability to quickly understand an existing codebase and make changes without breaking it
- Ability to take a requirement plan code test integrate ship
- Comfortable using Claude Code, Codex, Gemini or similar AI coding tools
- Write clean, maintainable, production-ready code
- Strong debugging and problem-solving ability
- Bias toward shipping working software quickly, automating repetitive work, and improving iteratively after release
