About the Role

PRM Begraj Group is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our real estate sales team in managing customer inquiries, coordinating site visits, maintaining sales records, and ensuring timely follow-ups with prospective customers.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, solid follow-up abilities, and basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM. Candidates who can communicate fluently in Nepali are preferred/required, along with Hindi and Bengali.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of property sales activities.
- Handle customer inquiries received through calls, messages, and other channels.
- Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule and coordinate property/site visits for customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, site visits, bookings, and sales.




- Update and manage customer information in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports/MIS for management.
- Track leads and follow up to ensure maximum conversion opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements and follow-ups.
- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Provide professional and timely customer support throughout the pre-sales process.
- Maintain proper documentation related to sales and customer interactions.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 0–3 years in Sales Coordination, Telecalling, Customer Relationship, Real Estate, or a similar role.
- Freshers with good communication and follow-up skills may also apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Nepali language proficiency is mandatory.
- Bengali and Hindi communication skills are required.
