Location: JP Nagar, Bengaluru ()Work Timing: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday - Friday, Alternate Saturdays)

As a Creative Associate at Akartha, you will lead the end-to-end creative journey for multiple brands and projects. You will own client relationships, drive creative thinking, mentor Creative Associates, and ensure every deliverable meets both strategic objectives and creative excellence. From retail retainers and social media campaigns to branding projects, films, and pitch presentations, you will be responsible for turning business problems into impactful creative solutions.

You will serve as the bridge between clients and the internal creative team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, exceed expectations, and create measurable impact.





Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end execution of client accounts, particularly retail retainers and project-based engagements.
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions and transform client briefs into compelling campaigns, content, and communication strategies.
- Manage client communication, presentations, feedback, and overall relationship throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all creative output aligns with client objectives, brand guidelines, and Akartha's quality standards.
- Prepare and present pitch decks for new business opportunities and confidently lead client presentations.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, videographers, strategists, and production teams to execute integrated campaigns.
- Mentor and guide Creative Associates, providing creative direction, constructive feedback, and support in project execution.
