We are looking for an experienced Zoho Functional Consultant who can implement,

configure, and optimize Zoho applications based on business requirements. The ideal

candidate should have strong knowledge of Zoho products, implementation methodologies,

business process mapping, and project management using Zoho Projects.

Key Responsibilities

● Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

● Design and implement Zoho solutions to meet business needs.

● Configure and customize Zoho applications.

● Manage end-to-end Zoho implementation projects.

● Create workflows, automation, approval processes, and reports.

● Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems using APIs.

● Coordinate with technical teams during development and deployment.

● Conduct UAT and provide user training.

● Prepare functional documentation, BRDs, SOPs, and implementation guides.

● Troubleshoot system issues and provide post-implementation support.





● Manage project timelines and deliverables using Zoho Projects.

● Experience in workflow automation and business process optimization.

● Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations.

● Experience in data migration and data import/export.

● Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
