Job Summary

Role Title: Learning and Development Executive. Department: Learning Development (Office of the CLO). Location: India (Can be any of the 6 Cities). Reports To: CLO. Job Type: Full-time. Experience Required: 2-8 years.

Role Purpose: The Learning Operations role is responsible for managing the end-to-end learning technology ecosystem and operational processes that support global LD programs. The role ensures seamless delivery, high-quality learner experiences, and arriving at meaningful insights from the learning data to propel learning across our digital engineering workforce distributed across 15+ countries. The position plays a critical part in enabling our AI-native, scalable, and capability-driven learning strategy.
Responsibilities
- Act as the SPOC for all LD initiatives.
- Execute and localize global learning programs (technical, behavioral, leadership).
- Plan learning calendars and manage program delivery end-to-end.
- Drive adoption and utilization of LMS/LXP platforms such as Docebo, Cornerstone OnDemand, SAP SuccessFactors, Degreed, or Moodle.




- Monitor participation, certifications, compliance, and learning impact metrics.
- Partner with stakeholders and vendors to ensure high-quality learner experience.
- Design and implement structured career pathways across technical and managerial tracks.
Required Skills and Competencies
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with LMS/LXP platforms (Percipio, Docebo, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Degreed, EdCast, Moodle, etc.).
- Familiarity with AI tools for content generation, automation, tagging, and analytics.
- Working knowledge of at least one Programming language.
Operational Skills
- Strong learning program management, scheduling, and coordination abilities.
- Ability to understand, appreciate SOPs and adhere to global learning processes.
- Excellent vendor management and contract administration skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and process compliance.
