The Role
As a key member of our sales team, you will be the front-line engine of our business growth. Your primary mission is simple: Set up meetings. Build relationships. Close new business.
You won’t be micromanaged, but you will be expected to deliver. We need someone who can independently navigate the market, leverage their existing network, and pitch our programmatic solutions to the right decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
*Drive New Business*: Identify and prospect potential clients, focusing on top digital agencies and direct advertisers.
*Pipeline Management*:
Take full ownership of the sales cycle—from cold outreach and setting up initial meetings to negotiation and closing.
*Network Utilization*: Leverage your personal industry contacts to secure meetings with media planners, buyers, and digital heads.
*Consultative Selling*: Understand client KPIs and pitch our programmatic solutions as the answer to their marketing challenges.
*Market Intelligence*: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to position our offerings effectively.
Who You Are
The "Agency Insider": You have 2–5 years of experience in digital ad sales. Candidates with a solid background in Digital Agencies are highly preferred. Alternatively, if you come from a Publisher Partner background with a strong sales track record, we want to talk to you.
