Role Description
The Senior Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Vijayawada, responsible for driving sales growth and profitability across assigned automotive brands and territories. This role involves leading and mentoring a sales team, setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to achieve revenue and market share objectives.



The Senior Sales Manager will oversee key customer accounts, develop and maintain strong relationships with fleet customers, retail buyers, and institutional clients, and coordinate with OEM representatives and internal departments to ensure smooth operations. Daily activities include analyzing market trends, preparing sales forecasts and reports, managing dealer and channel partner relationships, and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction. The role also includes participating in promotional activities, overseeing pricing and discount structures within company guidelines, and supporting senior leadership with insights for strategic decision-making.
