Job Description

We are looking for a motivated MERN Stack Developer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to join our development team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing web applications using MongoDB or MySQL, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

The ideal candidate should have robust programming fundamentals, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.

Responsibilities
- Develop responsive and scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
- Build reusable and maintainable React.js components.
- Develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design and manage MongoDB or MySQL databases and collections.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access.
- Debug, test, and fix application issues.
- Optimize application performance and improve code quality.
- Work with Git for source-code management.




- Collaborate with designers, developers, testers, and project managers.
- Understand project requirements and convert them into functional features.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.

Required Skills
- 1–2 years of professional experience in MERN Stack development.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript / ES6+.
- Good hands-on experience with React.js.
- Good knowledge of Node.js and Express.js.
- Experience working with MongoDB or MySQL.
- Understanding of REST APIs and API integration.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap/Tailwind CSS.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub (Optional).
- Understanding of authentication concepts such as JWT.
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have
- Experience with React Vite.
- Knowledge of Hooks and Axios.
- Understanding of responsive web design.
- Knowledge of basic database optimization.
