Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP SOM processes such as subscription order creation, product modeling, contract management, and change processes.
- Manage endtoend subscription lifecycle including activation, modifications, renewals, cancellations, and billing triggers.
- Integrate SOM with other BRIM modules (CC, CI/FICA), CRM, and S/4HANA for master data, pricing, and billing flows.
- Troubleshoot SOMrelated issues in order orchestration, provider contract creation, billing triggers, and workflow execution.
- Support enhancements, testing cycles, migration activities, and deployment for subscription business processes.
- Collaborate with business teams to optimize subscription offerings, streamline fulfillment, and improve billing accuracy.

Required Skills & Experience
- Handson experience in SAP BRIM,



specifically Subscription Order Management (SOM) configuration and support, with 5 to 8 years of experience.
- Robust understanding of subscription lifecycle processes, provider contracts, product master setup, and change process handling.
- Knowledge of integration between SOM and Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), FICA, and S/4HANA.
- Experience with testing, issue troubleshooting, migration, and working with subscription-based business models.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work with crossfunctional business and technical teams.
