Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM Time & Labor modules for clients across various industries.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Conduct UAT testing and provide training to end-users on the usage of OTL module.
- Troubleshoot issues related to payroll processing, labour management, and quick formula creation.
Job Requirements :
- 7-18 years of experience in Oracle HCM implementation projects with expertise in Time & Labor (OTL) module.
- Strong understanding of Fast Formula language used in Oracle Payroll.
- Experience working on at least one full cycle implementation project from design to go-live phase.
