We are looking for a results-oriented and strategic Digital Marketing Manager with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in managing paid and organic digital marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and SEO, with the ability to plan, execute, analyze, and optimize campaigns to drive qualified leads, conversions, and measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across paid and organic channels.
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage lead generation, conversion-focused, remarketing, and performance campaigns.
- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website visibility.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, copy, landing pages, and campaign strategies.




- Manage marketing budgets and continuously optimize campaigns for ROI and cost-effective lead generation.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
- Leverage AI-powered marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, and other relevant tools to improve productivity, content creation, research, and campaign execution.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and communicate results to internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate with content, graphic design, video, and business development teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, AI tools, and advertising best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
