2. HR Senior Executive

Experience: 2–3 Years

Salary: 4.20 LPA – 5.40 LPA

3. HR Team Lead (TL)

Experience: 3+ Years

Salary: 5.40 LPA – 7.20 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition

Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates

Managing employee onboarding and HR documentation

Handling employee engagement and HR operations

Managing attendance, leave, and employee records





Leading and mentoring the HR team (for Team Lead role)

Ensuring smooth coordination between employees and management

Preferred Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Robust knowledge of recruitment and HR processes

Good team-handling and coordination skills

Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools

Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment will be an advantage
