Job Summary

The Civil Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, promoting civil construction products/services, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong technical understanding of civil engineering products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with contractors, consultants, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the civil construction sector.
- Promote company products/services (e.g., ready-mix concrete, construction materials, infrastructure solutions).
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients for repeat business.

Marketing Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions,



and industry events.
- Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Coordinate with the technical team for product demonstrations.

Client & Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and consultants.
- Visit project sites regularly to understand client requirements.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer database and CRM records.

Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback reports.
- Track sales pipeline and update management regularly.
- Maintain documentation for quotations, tenders, and contracts.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering / Marketing / Business Administration.
- 5 years of experience in civil/construction sales & marketing.
