Qualification

• Ph.D. in Psychology or a closely related discipline.

• Solid academic background with a demonstrated interest in teaching and research.

• Research publications, conference participation, funded projects, or industry/clinical exposure will be an added advantage.

• Excellent communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for teaching, student development, research, and academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities





• Deliver engaging undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Psychology.

• Develop course content, teaching materials, and assessments.

• Mentor and guide students in academic and research activities.

• Contribute to research publications, conferences, projects, and collaborations.

• Participate in curriculum development and departmental academic activities.

• Support institutional initiatives and contribute to a vibrant academic environment.
