Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive / HR Supervisor to manage end-to-end

HR operations while supporting a fast-paced Advertising agency environment. The ideal candidate should

be capable of independently handling recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR operations,

employee engagement, and compliance while ensuring a positive employee experience.

Major Responsibilities:

 Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, attendance, leave, employee records, HR

documentation, employee engagement and HRMS.

 Create and manage JDs for various roles across Mio Design.

 Handle end-to-end recruitment across creative, digital, client servicing, production, and corporate

functions.





 Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, offer rollouts, onboarding, induction, appointment letters,

and background verification.

 Manage in-house social media presence by creating engaging content and reels, to showcase the

company’s culture, people, events, and activities, and supporting employer branding initiatives to

promote Mio Design on social media.

 Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements, support manpower planning,

and drive people-related initiatives.

 Manage and update employer-review platforms like Glassdoor, Ambition Box, and others.

 Provide HR guidance to managers on employee matters, policies, and performance management.

 Act as the primary HR point of contact for employee queries, grievance handling, counselling, and

conflict resolution.
