Role & responsibilities
- The position holder is responsible for the upkeep machine health by proper planning and development of the preventive maintenance schedule and its proper execution as per the laid safety standards of the group.
- To carry out preventive, breakdown, predictive and corrective maintenance / Utilities activities as per schedule.
- Interdepartmental Coordination
- Maintenance of Stationary & Rotating Equipment like: Wet grinders, Filtrations Equipment's (Vibro Screens),Horizontal Pumps, Vertical Pumps, Conveyor Belts, Bore Well System with filtration, Agitators, Crusher, Blowers, EOT Crane cooling towers, etc.
- Introduce continuous improvement practices to boost the Plant productivity.
- Project planning & its execution as per safety standard.
- Knowledge of Safety system and working environment.
- Knowledge of Spare management- PR/PO and follow-ups
- Knowledge of budget preparation & its monitoring.
- In depth plant & machine knowledge and hand on experience.
- Coordination and collaboration between electrical and instrumentation departments
- Coordination with Projects team for upcoming recent projects
