The CL ASM will be the single point of contact and will be responsible for driving Commercial Lines business across all branches in Kerala (excluding Cochin). The key responsibilities include:
- Drive overall Commercial Lines business growth across the assigned territory.
- Coordinate closely with all branch teams and HOM branches to achieve business targets.
- Provide exclusive focus on the Commercial Lines portfolio and ensure sustained business development.
- Work closely with CL CSMs, branch teams, producers, and brokers to generate recent business opportunities and improve portfolio performance.
- Support branches in customer acquisition, pipeline management, quotations, underwriting coordination, and policy conversion.
- Resolve business-related operational issues by coordinating with the CL team, underwriting, operations, and other stakeholders.




- Conduct regular business reviews with branches and identify opportunities to improve productivity and penetration.
- Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, renewals, pending cases, and service-related issues to improve customer experience.
- Drive broker and producer engagement through regular interactions, product support, and business planning.
- Monitor business performance, MIS, and key productivity metrics, and take corrective actions wherever required.
- Be accountable for achieving the assigned Commercial Lines business targets and ensuring end-to-end coordination across all stakeholders.

The CL ASM will be the sole owner and accountable person for the growth, coordination, and overall performance of the Commercial Lines portfolio in the assigned territory.
