Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and target-driven **Student Counsellor** to guide parents and students in selecting the right learning programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, counselling, and sales skills with prior experience in the EdTech industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Counsel parents and students about CBSE tuition programs.

* Convert inbound and outbound leads into admissions.

* Understand students' academic needs and recommend suitable learning plans.

* Conduct follow-up calls, WhatsApp conversations,



and virtual counselling sessions.

* Schedule and coordinate demo classes.

* Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM regularly.

* Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

* Build strong relationships with parents and ensure an excellent customer experience.

* Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

* 1–3 years of experience in Student Counselling, Inside Sales, or EdTech Sales.

* **EdTech experience is mandatory.**

* Excellent English communication skills.

* Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

* Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
