Responsibilities
Administration of Accounts
- Data entry for opening of bank accounts and uploading documents as prescribed.
- Tracking and implementing changes needed in documentation throughout the account lifecycle.
- Closing bank accounts by obtaining necessary documentation and inputs as prescribed.
- Handling fixed deposit placement, renewal, and pre-closure transactions.
- Sending requests to processing teams for collecting charges for transactions, where applicable.
- Updating static data changes and archiving documents in a timely manner.
- Updating CKYC database for applicable clients in the relevant portal.
Loans Guarantees
- Checking daily loan maturity schedules and preparing interest collection for the same.
- Handling loan drawdown, rollover, closure, and related requests from customers.
- Preparing month-end loan interest statements and ensuring their completion in coordination with the customer.




- Issuing and amending bank guarantees and handling related customer requests.
- Receiving and processing requests for bilateral loan drawdown, rollover, and repayment, including submission to Singapore Branch for ECB loans via the Mumbai Branch.
- Submitting necessary instructions to the concerned team for RM fees on a monthly basis.
Remittance
- Receiving remittance applications and other required documents for outward and inward remittances (both local and foreign currency) for processing.
- Checking details for the issuance of FIRC (Foreign Inward Remittance Certificates).
- Handling demand drafts and pay order issuance, cancellation, reissuance, and revalidation as requested by the customer.
- Registering and coordinating with related PICs for onboarding clients on the FX retail platform.
MIS Generation
- Preparing necessary MIS/reports required by clients.
- Drafting reports/returns in templates
