Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and innovative R&D; Executive to support the development and improvement of products. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to develop recent products, improve existing designs, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in research and development of new products and technologies.
- Design, test, and validate product prototypes.
- Improve existing products for performance, quality, and cost optimization.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and product documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Procurement, and other departments.
- Conduct product testing, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain R&D; reports, test records, and project documentation.




- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in R&D;, Product Development, or Design Engineering.
- Experience in the consumer electronics or home appliances industry is preferred.
