200OK Solutions is looking for Full Time Business Development Manager to successfully expand their software services business in International Markets such as USA, UK, Australia, Canada, UAE etc. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for all aspects of managing and engaging the Business Development Team. She/he will also ensure business growth through directing and managing business development activities to ensure these are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategy.
Requirements:
Education: MBA/BBA (Any stream)
English Proficiency: Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills
Relevant BD Experience specially in international market: 5 - 8 Years.
Self-Motivated, Energetic, Enthusiastic, Capable of working under pressure and achievement oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
To work out business expansion strategy for software services business and execute itsuccessfully.
To look after marketing and branding aspects of 200OK Solutions
To perform sales and business development activity such Email Marketing, calling, online Marketing, Social Media marketing etc. in International Markets.
Generate Leads, Creating Proposals, Develop new clients.
Managing Projects, Resources, and related operational activity
Develop and lead the Business Development team in sourcing, managing, and implementingnew Business opportunities.
Monitoring evaluating the performance of Salesteam by guiding them to move in proper direction.
