About the Role
We are looking for an experienced
SAP Team Lead / SAP Business Process Lead
to take ownership of SAP-related processes across logistics, purchasing, order management, and manufacturing operations.
The ideal candidate combines solid hands-on SAP expertise with proven leadership experience and a practical understanding of cross-functional business processes. You will work closely with different departments, drive process improvements, manage SAP-related responsibilities, and ensure knowledge is effectively transferred across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate SAP-related activities across logistics, purchasing, order management, and production
- Support and optimize SAP processes within
SD, MM, and PP
- Manage cross-functional SAP projects and process-improvement initiatives
- Acts as a bridge between the European and Indian teams, translating the German team’s requirements into English and clearly communicating them to the Indian team through regular meetings and discussions.
- Take responsibility for department-level SAP activities and coordinate team members where required
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions
- Create, maintain, and improve SAP reports and business documentation
- Use SAP reporting and advanced Excel capabilities to analyze data and support business decisions
- Identify process gaps and proactively recommend improvements
- Ensure consistent SAP proc
