Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth, achieve sales targets, and develop strong customer relationships in the industrial products segment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B industrial sales, team leadership, and client management.
Role & responsibilities
- Drive sales and revenue growth in the assigned territory.
- Develop current business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Manage sales pipeline, leads, opportunities, and order closures.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve targets.
- Monitor collections and coordinate with customers for timely payments.
- Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
Preferred candidate profile
- 8+ years of experience in Industrial/B2B Product Sales.
- Strong experience in field sales, client handling, and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel extensively for customer and site visits.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships.
Preferred Industry Background
Industrial Equipment, Refrigeration, Chillers, HVAC, Compressors, Pneumatics, OEM Sales, or related Industrial Products.
