Role Overview

We are hiring a Non-IT Recruiter to manage hiring for business roles across multiple industries such as retail, healthcare, finance, and operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand job requirements for non-technical roles
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, and references
- Screen candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Handle offer rollouts and follow-ups for joining
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports




- Build talent pipelines for volume hiring

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of non-IT roles (Sales, HR, Finance, Operations, etc.)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle bulk hiring and multiple roles simultaneously
- Solid negotiation and coordination skills

Qualification
- Any Graduate (MBA/HR preferred)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:
- Master's (Required)

Experience:
- Full-cycle recruitment: 1 year (Required)
