The Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising on-ground event activities, manpower, vendors, setup, and event execution. The role ensures that events are delivered smoothly, safely, on time, and according to client requirements.

- Willingness to travel to event venues.
- Qualification: 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate.
- Freshers with strong coordination and leadership skills may also be considered.

Job Description
Responsibilities:-
- Supervise event setup, execution, and dismantling activities.




- Manage and allocate manpower according to event requirements.
- Coordinate with event managers, vendors, decorators, technicians, and other teams.
- Ensure stage, stalls, seating, branding, lighting, sound, and other arrangements are completed on time.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, grooming, and productivity.
- Brief the team about event requirements, responsibilities, and timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure materials and equipment are available at the event venue.
- Coordinate loading, unloading, transportation, and movement of event materials.
- Handle last-minute operational requirements and emergencies.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and workplace discipline at the venue.
- Maintain event checklists, manpower records, and basic operational reports.
- Communicate event progress and issues to the Event/Operations Manager.
