As a Business Development Specialist you own the full sales cycle — from first outreach to signed contract. You will work alongside the founder, run live product demos on Branofy’s own dashboard, follow up relentlessly, and hit monthly revenue targets. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role at an early-stage company with a product that sells itself once prospects see it live.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Prospecting & Pipeline
- Research and identify ICPs across Real Estate, EdTech, and Healthcare using LinkedIn, Meta Ad Library, and industry directories
- Send 150+ personalised connection requests and outbound DMs per week via LinkedIn and WhatsApp
- Qualify inbound leads from ads, webinars,



and referrals before scheduling demos
- Maintain a clean, updated pipeline in the Branofy CRM — every contact, every touchpoint logged

Product Demo & Closing
- Run 30-minute live demos on Branofy’s own dashboard — real leads, real AI calls, real qualification scores. No sandbox, no slides
- Conduct discovery (0–5 min), live platform walkthrough (5–15 min), ROI anchoring (15–20 min), and close (20–30 min) in every demo
- Handle objections confidently — CRM overlap, WhatsApp API concerns, pricing, AI calling scepticism
- Present pricing, send proposals, and collect first-month payment within 48 hours of a positive demo

Follow-Up & Nurturing
- Execute structured multi-touch follow-up sequences — DM, WhatsApp, email — for every prospect who attended a demo
- Re-engage cold prospects monthly with current case studies, vertical proof points, or product updates
- Track no-show demos and rebook within 24 hours
