- Receive manpower requirements from Operations and Store Management teams.
- Understand store-wise vacancy details and priority requirements.
- Plan recruitment activities based on monthly hiring targets.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and daily status reports.
2. Sourcing Candidates through:
- Job portals
- Employee referrals
- Walk-ins
- Social media recruitment
- Campus drives
- Local field sourcing
3.Generate candidate database for:
- D.Pharm
- B.Pharm
- Store staff
- Delivery boys
- Customer service associates
4. Screening & Interview Coordination
- Conduct telephonic screening and preliminary HR interviews.
- Verify candidate eligibility, communication skills, salary expectations, and joining availability.
- Schedule interviews with Operations/Store Managers.
- Coordinate walk-in drives and bulk hiring activities.
5. Recruitment Target Achievement
- Achieve assigned monthly joining targets without delay.
- Focus on quick closures for critical and existing store requirements.
- Ensure minimum position aging and faster turnaround time (TAT).
- Maintain backup candidate pipeline for urgent openings.
6. Candidate Follow-up & Joining Conversion
- Regular follow-up with selected candidates until date of joining.
- Handle offer discussions and joining confirmation.
- Reduce offer dropouts and no-show cases.
- Coordinate onboarding documentation and reporting.
7. Vendor & Campus Management
- Coordinate with external consultants and placement agencies.
- Build relationships with pharmacy colleges and institutes.
- Organize campus recruitment drives and job fairs.
8. Recruitment MIS & Reporting
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
Track:

- Share recruitment MIS with HR Manager and Operations Team.
