Role: Oracle Technical NMS & Analytics

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Technical professional with solid Network Management System (NMS) and Analytics experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Oracle SQL/PLSQL, data processing, ETL, and analytics, along with good understanding of telecom/network management environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain Oracle SQL and PL/SQL programs.
- Work on Network Management System (NMS) applications and telecom/network-related data.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, packages, and database objects.
- Work with NMS data for network performance analysis, reporting, and analytics.
- Analyze network-related data, alarms, events, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Develop and support ETL processes for extracting, transforming, and loading NMS/network data.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting of data issues.
- Support reporting and analytics requirements using SQL and database technologies.




- Investigate production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Optimize database queries and PL/SQL programs for performance.
- Collaborate with application, NMS, data, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation and support deployment and production activities.

Required Skills

Oracle Technical
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience with Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, Triggers, Cursors, Views, and complex SQL queries.
- Good knowledge of SQL query optimization and performance tuning.
- Experience with Oracle database development and production support.

NMS / Telecom
- Hands-on experience with Network Management Systems (NMS).
- Understanding of telecom/network management concepts.
- Experience working with network alarms, events, inventory, performance data, or network KPIs is preferred.
