About the Role

Lingaya’s Vidyapeeth is looking for a creative, data-driven, and result-oriented
Digital Marketing Specialist
to strengthen the university’s digital presence, brand visibility, student engagement, and admissions-focused marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in
digital marketing, social media, paid advertising, SEO, content marketing, lead generation, and analytics
, preferably within the
education or higher education sector
.

Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with university branding and admission objectives.
- Plan campaigns for
UG, PG, Ph.D. and other academic programmes
.




- Develop student-focused digital campaigns for different schools and departments.
- Identify current digital channels and opportunities to improve reach and engagement.
- emerging formats.
- Experience in working on
CRM
like Leadsquared, Merito, Salesforce, etc. and additional integrations.

2. Paid Advertising & Lead Generation
- Plan, execute and optimize campaigns on
Google Ads, Meta Ads and other relevant advertising platforms
.
- Develop campaigns focused on student admissions and enquiry generation.
- Monitor CPL, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS and overall campaign performance.
- Coordinate with the admissions/counselling team for effective lead follow-up and conversion.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend optimization strategies.

3. SEO & Website Marketing
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve university website visibility.
- Conduct keyword research related to courses, colleges, universities and admissions.
